Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a profession aimed at the assessment, maintenance, and restoration of the physical function and performance of the body. We focus on building capacity and function through exercise, movement, balance and hands on treatment (including massage and mobilisations).
In Home Therapy
Whether in your own home, workplace, nursing home, local pool or gymnasium, our highly experienced physiotherapists will come to you at a day and time that suits you best.
Assessment and Report Writing
Assessment and Report Writing for NDIS Participants and My Aged Care Package Participants.
Assistive Technology Prescription
Our experienced team of physiotherapists are able to prescribe certain types of assistive technology to further support your needs.
Clinic Space
We also have a clinic space available for in house treatment located in Medimart, North Brighton. We can provide you with the option to trial equipment in the clinic setting.
Disability and Aged Care
We specialise in working in the disability and aged care sectors to build capacity and independence. We see clients with a wide range of disabilities. We can see NDIS Participants who are plan managed or self managed. Please contact us if you want to discuss your situation further.

Teresa Wilkinson
Physiotherapist
Founder of Move for Life Therapy. Teresa graduated in 2006 from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Teresa has many years of experience in working in disability, health, chronic pain rehabilitation and management, private practice, post-operative, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and much more.
Penny McLean
Physiotherapist
Penny graduated in 2011 from the University of South Australia with a Masters of Physiotherapy (Graduate Entry). In 2021, she completed her Graduate Certificate of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy with the University of Melbourne. Penny has many years of experience working in private practice, rehabilitation, health, hydrotherapy, post operative and disability. She also has an interest in Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health.
THERAPY ASSISTANTS
We have a range of therapy assistants to support you with your exercise and movement needs. This can be in the home or in the community.
